We follow the seasons and are primarily inspired by regional and seasonal products and value working together with our regional producers. Together with our team, we set new trends on one of Germany’s longest North Sea beaches here in gorgeous St. Peter-Ording. And who else can just go kitesurfing on the beach after work or do yoga with a view of the legendary dune landscape? Responsibilities

  • As a chef, you will master almost every position in a kitchen brigade at the highest level and will be deployed in various positions in the kitchen.
  • You will actively support our chef Markus Friederici, who has been enriching the Deichkind with his cooking skills, passionate meticulousness and great experience since 2015.
  • The motto in the kitchen is: Good products simply processed. Deliberately tease out the strengths of a product.Without a lot of gimmicks. Honest cuisine.

Requirements

  • You like high-quality and regional products and their processing - whether vegan, vegetarian, organic or with meat Quality awareness for the products
  • Creativity and personal charm
  • Successfully completed training as a chef with several years of experience in the catering and/or hotel industry
  • Desire and passion for honest, authentic cuisine
  • Communicative appearance, you feel comfortable in a team with different cultures
  • Fluent German or English
