And even better: yoga classes with Wilma are free of charge for our hotel guests. Not staying with us but still want to take part? No problem - for € 20 per course you can join in.

Head over heels in love with yoga with our teacher Wilma? Then make a note of our yoga retreats to deepen the techniques and asanas you have learned. Our work-life lounge can also be booked for sports courses, retreats or workshops.

Our yoga courses are for all healthy people - everyone who considers themselves fit and able-bodied and is not under constant medical medication is considered healthy.
