Look forward to a colorful program of music and entertainment for young and old alike—with Wilhelmine, Lina Bó, ela., musical reading adventures with North Sea vibes by Christian Pletz and Jan Haarmeyer, and balloon artist Herr Kurzweyl.
Sand beneath your feet, the endless horizon, and the feeling of being able to simply dive right in—it's only logical that a place as special as St. Peter-Ording is not only a wonderful vacation destination, but that its unique flair also inspires musicians to create new works.
It all started years ago with Johannes Oerding. Many of his songs were written at the StrandGut Resort. We have since become a real home away from home for him and many other musician friends, and we have developed a very special friendship with all of them. The evenings (and nights) when one or the other of them took over the bar and mixed a few drinks together with our crew also remain unforgettable.
Anyway, now the musicians come not only for the good drinks, but also to give a small, intimate live concert once a year at our StrandGut Sessions on Germany's most beautiful natural stage. The following artists will be performing in 2026: Johannes Oerding, Wincent Weiss, Max Giesinger, Beyond the Black, and Wolfgang Niedecken (BAP) with his band. Our popular Family Day for young and old with free admission will also take place again – Wilhelmine and Lina Bó are already confirmed as the first acts.
We kick things off on Sunday with a Family Day for young and old alike, featuring music and entertainment. Joining us will be:
• Wilhelmine, one of the most impressive voices in German-language pop music today,
• Lina Bó, whose Rhineland-Cuban temperament meets Danish Flensburg serenity,
• ela., who became known for her surprise victory in the 2014 ESC preliminary round,
• Christian Pletz and Jan Haarmeyer with their musical reading adventures with North Sea vibes that will captivate the kids, and
• balloon artist Herr Kurzweyl.
