From August 20 to 24, 2025, the California Kitesurf Masters will return to St. Peter-Ording. The mega event is considered the biggest kitesurfing event in the world. The California Kitesurf Masters takes place at a special location in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park. For five days, a gigantic tent city is erected on almost four hectares of the North Sea beach. Immediately afterwards, the area is left to nature again. The California Kitesurf Masters offer a unique program with a kite contest, the world's largest kite expo and festival and a gigantic supporting and party program directly on Ordingen beach. A total of over 90,000 spectators are expected.
