Responsibilities
- As a receptionist, you are often the first contact for our arriving guests and always have an open ear for their wishes
- In addition to checking guests in and out, you will also be responsible for handling customer correspondence.
- You are also responsible for the coordination and smooth running of the reception as well as between the different departments such as our restaurant, housekeeping or the Dünen-Therme.
Requirements
- A friendly, positive tone with personal charm
- Possibly first experience in a hotel
- Good knowledge of German
